SCULPT

If looks are important, SCULPT is for you!

Build a brand new you by utilising advanced zoned hypertrophy training. This program has been specifically designed for both MALES and FEMALES to target every muscle in the body.

This class type is programmed Monday - Friday.

Each week we rotate the muscle groups we target in each session. This rotates between a Push, Pull, Leg & Core/Mobility focused workouts.

CONDITIONING

We have developed proven circuit training programs that achieve the most effective and efficient way to train to achieve a toned and lean physique.

These workouts will leave you feeling absolutely smashed and covered in sweat but begging for the next workout.

Our S.P.I.E.S Training programs combine “Speed & Power”, “Interval” (hypertrophy), and “Endurance” STYLE workouts.

MILF

Mums InPursuit of Lifestyle & Fitness! (MILF)

If you’re a new mum this is the class for you. Our MILF classes are specifically designed to empower females to restrengthen their core and reshape their bodies after they have had a baby.

Our workouts combine strength exercises to build muscle, tighten and transform your body with some conditioning movements to build cardiovascular fitness.

You will find these workout will reflect the other classes programmed for each day however, these will be tailored to all our MILFIES.

BOXING

Our boxing sessions will develop muscular endurance, increase fitness, reduce body fat, and improve muscle mass. Hone your skills and develop your boxing prowess in this amazing full body workout.

Attend to the upper body with jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts whilst working that lower body with front kicks, body kicks, groin kicks, side and leg kicks.

We encourage everyone to bring their own boxing gloves or you can contact us to purchase some for the class.

SAVAGE

Our SAVAGE class is the toughest class on the timetable.

This class is either a partner or group workout which can vary in styles such as EMOM, Tabata, rep for rep, chipper, round for round.

Each week is a surprise and will challenge you physically and mentally.

Our classes are designed to rapidly aid in weight loss, tone, increase fitness, hypertrophy, speed & power, maximising strength, agility and endurance.

KIDS CLASSES

Our kids classes are designed for ages 5+.

Our classes offer a dynamic blend of bodyweight, strength exercises, conditioning movements, and interactive games.

We teach this through fine motor skills and fundamental motor skills over the 10 week program.

These sessions are crafted to keep kids active, engaged, and excited about fitness.
